Adorable...it has nothing to do with "fuzzing the eyes up", there's a great soft, fluffy look to it as is; the use of the black frame, and the snowflakes crossing over onto the frame, also adds a sort of "surreal" element to it that really emphasizes the magic of nature. (If that doesn't sound too corny.)
I liked it with squinted eyes and without! Great composition and using the blue/yellow complamentary colors was a good choice. Pretty! Cute!
